Paradigm Upgrading Part 2- Our paradigm is our map of reality. It is not the job of reality to fit to your map but rather over your life to update your map until you have a very accurate and navigable map of reality. Understanding this perspective and recognizing how people often unknowingly attempt to make reality fit to their map rather than vice versa is a simple key to removing tremendous suffering from your life.
